Not a product update. A statement of what we intend to be in this decade.
For the first time in history, a machine thinks alongside you every day. It drafts with you, argues with you, catches the flaw in the plan, talks you out of the bad idea at 2am. More of your real thinking now happens in that conversation than almost anywhere else. And then you close the tab, and it forgets you completely.
So you start over. You re-explain who you are, what you decided last week, why you already rejected the obvious answer twice. Every session, from zero. The reasoning you did — the dead ends, the turns, the hard-won conclusions — stayed behind on someone else's server. You cannot read it. You cannot fix it when it's wrong. You cannot take it with you. You have been renting your own mind back from companies that keep the fragments of it scattered across their clouds.
That is insane. And everyone has quietly accepted it as the price of using the most powerful tool ever built. We refuse to.
The stand
ISOMORPH exists to give people their minds back.
We believe your memory should be a thing you hold. A file. On your disk. One you can open and read in plain text, fix when it's wrong, carry to a new machine, and hand to any intelligence you choose. Not a vendor's embedding. Not a "memory feature" that lives and dies with a subscription. A real artifact, in your hands, that answers to you and to no one else.
Ownership is not a feature we're adding to a product. It is the entire point of the company. Everything else — every model we ship, every map we draw — is downstream of that one commitment.
The method
Why "ISOMORPH"? Start from first principles. The world is full of structures that look completely different on the surface and are secretly the same underneath. A melody and a proof. A market and an ecosystem. A memory and a thought. Intelligence is the act of finding the map between them — the isomorphism — the rule that says this is that, in different clothes. That is what thinking is. And it is what we build: software that finds those maps and makes them real.
The first map is the one between how you think and what your AI remembers. They look like two different things — a living mind and a dead database. They are not. They are the same structure, and the map between them can be drawn. Draw it right and your reasoning stops evaporating. It accumulates, in your hands, in a form any intelligence can read and reason with. That map has a name. It's called LAPLAS.
You should never have to introduce yourself to your own mind.
How we will act
We will say the things the incumbents won't, because they are paid not to. We publish our own embarrassing numbers — we measured our capture precision at 38.9% and refused to ship at scale until it clears 90%. We told you the bad number on purpose. A memory you can't audit is just a vendor with good manners.
And we will never charge you for owning your mind. We charge for infrastructure we run for you — servers, hosted Spaces, the machines that stay on. Renting you a server is fair. Renting you your own thoughts is not.
We will move like an artist, not a SaaS vendor. We release declarations, programs, and souls the way a musician releases an album — each drop a deliberate statement, made to last, never disposable. This blog is not a changelog. It is the catalog. You are reading Track 00.
